Is manifesting a sin? Manifesting is the act of making something happen by using your thoughts…
How To Practice The Law Of Attraction – The 4 Crucial Steps

For beginners, learning how to practice the law of attraction starts with persistence and patience.
It’s probably not what you want to hear but the truth is, without these two ingredients in your arsenal then you will find yourself giving up a lot.
Persistence is key.
You have a plan to practice the law of attraction. You really need to stick with it.
Just thinking about something you desire is great, but it’s not going to bring it into existence. There are laws of the universe that simply must be observed.
Persistence and patience are two ingredients that are not mentioned much when talking about this subject but take it from me, in the beginning, they are the two most important aspects to your overall success.
How To Practice The Law Of Attraction In 4 Steps

I have seven steps in this short guide on how to practice the law of attraction and each one is vital to bringing your desires to fruition.
Miss any one of them and it will be tough.
Before we look at each one individually, let me reiterate about persistence and patience.
Commit to your plan and then see it through. If you have been someone in the past who finds it hard to commit to something, then before you start, ask for some help.
Do you know someone who would be willing to act as your mentor for at least a month? Someone you can speak to each day who can review what you’ve done for the day.
Even better, if it’s someone you really respect and hate to let down, then for the crucial first thirty days, you will have developed a habit which you can then continue to enact on your own.
The Law Of Attraction Practice Guide
I am not going to spend too much time on each step. They really are self-explanatory.
But each step is an important cog in the law of attraction wheel and has an important part to play.
Practicing each of these on a daily basis will become second nature in no time and you will be well on your way to manifesting your true desires.
Meditation
Please don’t be put off by the term meditation. You don’t have to be a master eastern meditation guru but you do need to spend time each day in a quiet place by yourself meditating.
Start with ten deep breaths slowly exhaling and visualize what your life will be like as you live your dreams. It will be whatever your desire is but you are there in your mind living, feeling and enjoying it.
Feel grateful that you are living your desired life. Be grateful for the things that helped you achieve it. Include the smallest things.
Do this as early in your day as you can because getting a good start means the rest will naturally follow.
If you have had a negative experience or two during the previous few days don’t dwell on it but use it to your advantage.
Thank the universe for allowing you to experience it and learn from it. That’s pretty powerful.
Surround Yourself In Positivity, Avoid Negativity
Yes, this could be a challenge but it’s not as hard as you might think.
Reading motivational and inspirational material is a great start. Make time each day to do this. If you are a busy person, this only needs to be five to ten minutes of your day.
It’s like pulling into a gas station to refuel your car. Inspirational material is your fuel that keeps you on track.
Stay away from negativity. Avoid negative entertainment. If you can’t avoid it, don’t let it sink in. If you are serious about this, then there are also people in your life that may “rub you the wrong way”. Avoid them.
Easier said than done I know but I had a couple and in the end, to achieve and stay on track with my plan, I sat down with them and asked them for a favor.
I told them what I was doing and said if they were truly a friend, they would respect my decision to stay positive around me. No gossiping about others was a big part of avoiding negative behavior.
How To Practice The Law Of Attraction Means Practicing Gratitude
We touched on gratitude during the meditation process. Gratitude is such a crucial component in practicing law of attraction that it cannot be understated.
I know that nobody has the perfect life. There is going to be a mix of good and negative experience.
As we mentioned early, it’s easy to be grateful for the good stuff but what about the negative stuff?
That’s easy. Yes it was hard to deal with but be grateful for the experiences. For example, you have been job seeking or house hunting. Don’t be disappointed that you didn’t get the job or your offer wasn’t accepted.
Just be grateful for the experience and tell yourself that while you didn’t get it, then it wasn’t yours but yours was still to come.
We are shaped by both good and bad experiences. Be grateful for both. The truth is, you learn from both, not just the good. Remember this.
Train The Mindset To Let Go
It’s natural for us to want to control things. We think we can do it better.
You need to trust the universe. You manifest it in your mind and then let the universe go to work in aligning all the parts that bring it together.
Too many people try and manifest something and then go out themselves and try and force it to happen. The results are not spectacular. Actually they are. They are usually spectacularly bad.
Using the job example again, when you apply you’ve provided everything you can. Let go of trying to control the outcome.
Some will tell you that you need to follow up with a phone call. In most cases, that’s not a good idea. You’re trying to force the outcome. Most times you’ll be seen as pushy and a pest and that basically harms your chances of landing the job.
Just remember not to grab and hold onto things too tight. Trust that it will be yours and if it’s not, it wasn’t meant for you this time. But you trust you will get what is yours. This is where persistence and patience plays a huge role.
How To Practice The Law Of Attraction Means Trusting
So, in summing up, the key parts of learning how to practice the law of attraction involve persistence and patience. The third is clearly trust.
You need to trust the process. Trusting that it will all fall into place and then being grateful for every experience.
Remember not to try and control and force the outcome. This never ends well. It usually leads to failure and all this serves to do is dampen your confidence and destroys your trust in the law of attraction process.
If something is yours, then you will receive it but only at the right time. Once again, persistence and patience need to be observed.
There will always be times when you feel nothing is happening but faith in the process is crucial. Trusting it’s working behind the scenes for you and that you will have it is so important.
Maintain positivity, meditate, be grateful for all your experiences and trust in the process. It will be yours. Remember this verse from 2 Corinthians 5.7:
For we live by faith, not by sight.
