Is manifesting a sin? Manifesting is the act of making something happen by using your thoughts…
How To Practice Law Of Attraction In 4 Simple Steps

Knowing how to practice law of attraction is one thing. Being consistent with that practice is another.
The key to making the law of attraction work for you lies in maintaining a regular and positive schedule.
This means not just doing the exercises one day and thinking that’s all you need to bring you your desires.
Like an athlete preparing for a major event, practice and training will get them in the right condition.
The same applies to the law of attraction. One thing I like to remind L.O.A. students is, practicing this doesn’t mean working off a rigid schedule.
And there’s no set amount of time you have to devote to it. You should be practicing every waking moment of the day.
Once you get into a habit of practicing the law of attraction, you’ll find yourself visualizing, affirming, showing gratitude and everything else you need to do to turn you into a law of attraction warrior naturally.
The biggest reason people fail to succeed with these principles is because they are haphazard in their application.
Students who don’t see results either use these principles for a short period and give up when they don’t see physical results, or they only use them when they feel good.
For example, showing gratitude for the good things in your life is fine.
Being able to maintain the right mindset and show gratitude when things are not going so well is another. When you can do this, you are growing spiritually and maturing and the universe finds a way to make it happen for you.
Just stay the course. Here are four ways you can practice the law of attraction today, whether you’re at home or on the go!
How To Practice Law Of Attraction – Visualize

Visualization is a practice where you create a vivid picture of what you want to manifest and really feel into the imagery.
Once you’ve created a visualization that feels good to you, you can start recalling this visualization anywhere!
Whether you’re on the bus or train, on your lunch break or taking a walk, you can tap into the power of visualization to recall your desires and tap into those feelings.
The more you practice, the more real your visualization becomes. This is the law of attraction at work.
If you find it hard to quiet your mind for visualizing, try playing soothing instrumental music to quiet your mind and take a few deep breaths.
Some people also find that visualizing themselves as a character in their visualization versus seeing the visualization through their own eyes can help paint a vivid picture of what they want to manifest. Then, practice this visualization and practice as often as you like!
Read About The Law of Attraction
It’s easy to let habits slip, especially if they’re new. So keep up with practicing the law of attraction by frequently reading about it.
Whether you read from a book, an audio book or articles online, the more you read about the law of attraction, the more top-of-mind it will be.
If you are just starting your L.O.A. journey, a great book to start with is The Science Of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Wattles. Another is The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy.
Keep Your Affirmations On Hand
If you have constant access to your affirmations, you’ll be more likely to speak them often and make a habit out of it. Try typing out your affirmations on your phone to look at while you’re on-the-go.
Or, write your affirmations on sticky notes and keep them in places where you’re most likely to look, like on the fridge or bathroom mirror.
If you’re an audio person, try speaking your affirmations into your voice recorder app. Then play them back on your commute or in your headphones whenever you want a boost. The more you tune into your affirmations, the more you’ll feel in tune with the law of attraction.
Use A Gratitude Journal
An incredible way to practice the law of attraction is to use a gratitude journal. Your gratitude journal can include things like a list of your affirmations, daily lists of what you’re feeling grateful for, or to record things that made you smile throughout your day.
Gratitude can be as simple as running into an old friend at the grocery store, finding a dollar bill on the ground, or feeling the sunshine on your skin.
The little things can often make the biggest difference, so nothing is too small to be grateful for.
Another way you can use your gratitude journal is to write your dreams or manifestations out as if they’ve already happened.
This is also called “scripting.” The process is simple: write out your dream life in the past tense. For example, “Yesterday, we closed on our dream home! It felt so freeing and joyful to make it official and know that we’re moving into the perfect home.”
Even when you experience negative things in your life, as hard as it may be, show gratitude from being able to learn from the experience.
