This is a simple lesson on how to apply the law of attraction in your life.
Just to make it clear, this is not rocket science. You will be performing one or some of the ten steps we’ll outline during the course of everyday life.
The problem is, it gets caught up and lost in your day to day negativity especially in your thought process.
I’ve decided to keep this lesson as simple as possible.
While it is simple, there will be some of you who will see the tremendous value in it and take it to the next level without any further tuition.
If this is your first insight into the law of attraction, then this will set the scene in the application of it.
How To Apply The Law Of Attraction In 10 Easy Steps
By the end of this lesson, you will be armed with the exact ten step process in how to apply the law of attraction.
Set A Goal
Nothing startling here but unless you set a goal, the rest of this tutorial is mute. Before you go any further, identify your goal and then visualize it.
Remember not to try and “bite off more than you can chew” with an unreasonable goal.
Write Down Your Goal
Now your goal is established, write it down. Make sure it stands out on your goal sheet in big bold letters. Again, visualize it as you’re writing it down.
Believe It’s Yours
Maintain your visual of your goal and believe you have attained it. While doing this feel it. The first twenty seconds is crucial here in holding a thought so don’t let any distractions in.
Affirm Your Goal
This is a big step in the how to process of applying the law of attraction. Affirm your goal. Don’t think it but say it out loud. Studies show that by saying something out loud, it has at least ten times the power of just thinking it. Affirm it several times and then write it down and carry it around with you.

The next two steps compliment each other. They are crucial so don’t skip them.
Meditate on Your Goal
If you are a beginner and have never meditated before here is a quick crash course. Just find a quiet space, sit down and turn off all distractions. Breathe in and out. Count to ten breathing in and count to ten breathing out.
You may get a little light-headed if this is all new to you. Now think about your goal and tie it in with this next step.
Visualization
Yes, we’ve mentioned visualization already but this is where the “rubber meets the road”. While meditating, visualize your goal. Feel it as if you have already attained it.
An example would be a new pool. Imagine yourself in the pool on a hot day with the water lapping your nostrils. Feel how cool it is. Take in the smell of the suntan lotion you have on. Just feel it.
Just make sure you are in a quiet place focussing just on your goal.
Expressing Gratitude
While visualizing and feeling your success, express gratitude. Thank the universe for bringing the right people into your life at just the right time.
Be grateful for completing each small step on your way to your end goal. Be grateful for achieving your goal. Say it like it’s already been conquered. Talk in the present.
Feel Good
This correlates with feeling your success. Feel the vibration of achieving your goal. Just feel good all over. Vibrate yourself to a point where you just want to giggle out loud. Feel the emotion of achieving this important milestone.

Two more steps to go. You should really be feeling positive at this point in fact, you should feel satisfaction that you have achieved your goal.
Stay Positive
Maintain a positive demeanor. You must keep negativity out. Each positive thought you have should be maintained for a minimum of twenty seconds.
Be warned that negativity is more powerful than positivity. Create a safe word.
Anytime you feel yourself drifting into negative thought, say your safe word out loud. It can be anything you like.
Take Action
Are you surprised? Everything before this is preparation. It’s to get your mind thinking in a positive fashion.

Your goal is not going to just manifest.
You have to act on your thoughts.
Your subconscious is being trained into setting up the path you need to take. Listen to it.
