Attraction Meditation – What Is It And Can It Work For You?

Attraction Meditation

What is attraction meditation and can it work for you?

The answer to the second part of that question is a resounding yes. In the video below, we present a crash course technique in how to meditate.

But firstly, attraction meditation is basically aligning what you want – what you are meditating on with your vibrational frequency.

When you go into a meditative state and you are visualizing what it is you want, you are pouring all your energy through feeling into that visualization.

When your vibration aligns with that goal, the magic begins to happen.

I use the word magic a little loosely. This is not some hocus-pocus scenario. Combining meditation and the law of attraction is extremely powerful. In fact, you could say it’s a natural action for our being.

In a moment, we’ll give you a crash course in attraction meditation with the help of Dr. Melanie Barton, LCSW, Ed.D.

When I asked Dr. Barton if the law of attraction and meditation go hand-in-hand, she responded yes.

But it’s important to get the combination correct. Dr. Barton says you need to make the right distinction between the two.

“All meditation is not law of attraction okay, but law of attraction is meditation”.

“So when we do the prayer wheel with somebody, I have them go into a meditative state to see what it is they’re trying to accomplish”.

“The reason I do this is so they’re able to put that imprint in their mind”.

“And I get them in that place by doing meditative breathing”.

“By doing a prayer of protection before we start”.

“And by helping their body to relax, so that they can see this image of what they want to achieve”.

“So law of attraction involves meditation, but not all meditation involves law of attraction”.

The attraction meditation technique is not hard to achieve according to Dr. Barton.

She says just like anything else, all it takes is practice.

What’s Holding You Back From Meditating?

Many people will baulk at the suggestion of meditation. That’s despite it becoming such an integral part of the lives of millions of people around the world.

The stigma of it being attached to the “woo woo brigade” has long passed.

But meditation is something you need to practice daily. And when you eventually get in the zone, it’s powerful. It’s the jet fuel for powering the law of attraction.

“It’s a practice just like anything else. If you are a tennis player, you’re not going to be perfect at it the first time you swing the racket”.

“It’s the same with meditation”.

“I’ve been meditating since 1976. I don’t now do it for a set period of time every day”.

“But I’m in a meditative state so I’m in contact with my resources, my spiritual guides and my extraterrestrial guides”.

“And so it’s like I never say amen. It’s just that I can tune into that channel at any time”.

“So I can put myself in a meditative state in a matter of seconds because I practiced”.

“And I can teach people how over time, to do that”.

Meditation and the law of attraction are a marriage made in heaven. But distinguishing what the relationship between the two, to each other is important.

Dr. Barton says to get meditation right, don’t overthink it. It’s a simple process and one you can master very quickly. All it takes is daily practice.

Attraction Meditation – Going From Asking To Receiving

You want to get out of the asking mode and into receiving mode through meditation and the laws of attraction. Meditation is the vehicle that allows you to do this easily and quickly.

Have you watched professional sports these days. For example football. Many may not notice but it’s amazing how many players use attraction meditation techniques before a game.

And many follow up shortly after a game as well.

Meditation is the “quarterback” that helps you reach high vibration levels necessary to transport you from the asking state into the receiving state.

And as Dr. Barton says, the more you meditate, the quicker the things you desire in your life are able to be manifested.

Finally, let’s be clear. You don’t need to meditate to manifest things in your life.

The manifestation process is continuous. It’s not just the things you want that can be manifested but it’s also the things you don’t want that can appear.

But that’s a whole new teaching.

In a nutshell, meditation can help you to tune out the negative thoughts and focus only on the positive thoughts.

It’s like a laser-guided missile that helps you hone in on reaching the high level of vibration you’re after.

It eliminates scattered thoughts. And when you practice it regularly, as Dr. Barton says, you can be in a position to put yourself in a meditative state very quickly.

In the LifesBreakthroughs.com minute above, Dr. Barton gives us a crash course in meditation technique.
